I’m a business development and operations leader with 10+ years in the IT world, from SaaS products and startup consulting to helping large enterprises build robust, complex systems. I think of myself as a business guy in tech: constantly upgrading my skills, learning new things, and experimenting with strategies that create real value for people and organizations. Originally from Belarus and having spent half my life in the EU, I’ve lived in six countries, traveled to over 40, and work comfortably across 4.5 languages (Ja, Ich spreche ein bisschen Deutsch:), which gives me a diverse perspective and a wide operational view on projects, markets, and business processes.
